PAYMENT AND POLICIES
When you schedule an appointment with me, I reserve the entire appointment time for you. This allows me ample time to focus on any improvements, changes, new concerns, reassessment of treatment strategy as well as any herbal medicine prescription updates we may need to make. My goal is to provide you with the most comprehensive, personalized care experience possible.
I accept cash, all major credits cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, and Flex Spending
Account (FSA) cards.
Being a small business, I do require upfront payment in order for patients to receive services. You may submit your payment to be reimbursed by your insurance provider.
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours before your appointment time. I value my time with all of my patients and block out time in my day for each appointment. When there are last minute cancellations, I miss the opportunity to fill that spot with other patients looking for appointments. My schedule fills up quickly and it is important to me to see each and every one of you, so please respect my time in the same way I respect yours.
I understand that life doesn’t always cooperate. My time with you is important, so if you are going to be arriving late to an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment, so please contact me as soon as possible if you know this will be the case.
